MEMO - MEMO is the e-mail system used at CGCC and throughout the Maricopa Community College District for employees.

MEMO/Web Mail - A fast, easy way to access your MEMO e-mail, Web Mail provides MEMO e-mail access from any computer with Internet access. Click http://webmail.cgc.maricopa.edu to login.

PAT - The Personal Administration Tool (PAT) allows MEMO users to maintain their MEMO accounts and MEMO distribution lists. Below is a list of what you can do in PAT:

• Change MEMO e-mail and Enterprise ID password
• Edit Maricopa Directory user information
• Manage MEMO Distribution Lists
• Set vacation notification
• E-mail address forwarding
• Temporary e-mail suspension
