In-County Tuition applies to persons residing in the county of Maricopa. If you are moving/have moved to Maricopa county from another county within the State of Arizona, the residency requirement is 50 days (2 months). If you are moving/have moved to Arizona from another state, the residency requirement is 12 months. Distance Learning Tuition: $174.00 per credit hour (Courses offered outside of Arizona including distance learning to non-resident out-of-state students.)
Out of State WUE Tuition: $106.50 per credit hour (Out-of-state students participating in Western Undergraduate Exchange Program.)
Concurrent Enrollment in Arizona Public Institutions of Higher Education (A.R.S. 15-1807)
"It is unlawful for any non-resident student to register concurrently in two or more public institutions of higher education in this state including any university, college or community college for a combined student credit hour enrollment of more than six (6) credit hours without payment of non-resident tuition at one of such institutions"
