Tuition & Fees Schedule
In-County Tuition applies to persons residing in the county of Maricopa. If you are moving/have moved to Maricopa county from another county within the State of Arizona, the residency requirement is 50 days (2 months). If you are moving/have moved to Arizona from another state, the residency requirement is 12 months. For more information on residency requirements and the criteria used, please visit the MCCCD website.
Tuition & Fee Schedule: effective: July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012
County Resident - Resident Rate: $76.00 per credit hour
County Resident - Audit Rate: $101.00 per credit hour which includes:
- General Tuition & Fees - $76.00
- Audit Fee Surcharge - $25.00
Out-of-County Resident: $300.00 per credit hour which includes:
- General Tuition & Fees - $76.00
- Out-of-County Surcharge - $224.00
Out-of-State Resident: $317.00 per credit hour
- General Tuition & Fees - $76.00
- Out-of-County Fee - $241.00
Out of State WUE Tuition: $114.00per credit hour
(Out-of-state students participating in Western Undergraduate Exchange Program.)
Distance Learning Tuition: $215.00 per credit hour
(Courses offered outside of Arizona including distance learning to non-resident out-of-state students.)
Out of State Students in Study Abroad Progams: $196.00 per credit hour
- General Tuition & Fees - $76.00
- Study Abroad Surcharge - $120.00
Credit by Examination and Credit by Evaluation:
- Per Credit Hour, Regular Rate - $74.00
- Per Credit Hour, Contract Testing rate - $37.00
Registration Processing Fee: $15.00
Additional Fees: Additional Fees may be required for particular classes (e.g. Computer Labs, etc.) See Schedule of Classes for additional fee requirements.
