CGCC Testing Services provides academic and course placement testing to assist students as they pursue their career, educational and personal goals.

Placement testing is REQUIRED for English, math and reading. Students may take the Placement Test at either the Pecos Campus or the Williams Campus. Please contact the location where you wish to take your placement tests to make an appointment.

Are you applying for Financial Aid and DO NOT have a high school diploma or G.E.D., please let the staff know that you need to take the Ability to Benefit Placement Test (English, reading & arithmetic portion of the math).

If you are a student with a disability and need to make special accommodations, please notify the Testing Center staff and contact the Disability Resources and Services office at 480-857-5188.

Students who have completed an approved placement exam (ACCUPLACER, ASSET or COMPASS) at another institution must have the official test scores sent from that institution's Testing Center.  Send to:  Chandler-Gilbert Community College - Testing Services, 2626 E.
