Before coming to Chandler-Gilbert Mike served as director of the Boys and Girls Club of Chandler. Mike earned his degree in Recreational Management from Arizona State University...Go Sun Devils!

I have been teaching since 1995. I taught 4th grade and middle school science and language arts. I also have taught for 6 years in gifted education. I was born in St. Louis, Missouri and lived and taught there until 2004 when we moved to Chandler. I have been at CGCC since 2004. I am a faculty member at University of Phoenix as well and have taught in Tempe Elementary School District. Let's see....I have a husband, 3 year old daughter, and a cat. Anything else? In free time, my husband and I like to hike, roller blade and scuba-dive.
