Programming Board Proposal Guidelines

If you wish to obtain Programming Board funds, you must present a proposal to the Student Programming Board.

Facilities "Blue Sheet"

Complete the blue sheet after your room reservation has been confirmed. It is used by and given to Facilities for your set up needs.
List the numbers of tables and chairs, etc.. needed. It is best to draw a diagram on the back.
Turn a hard copy of this form into Rooms at least two weeks prior to your event.

Any persons (not vendors) wanting to reserve a table on campus to distribute information.
