You will want to send graduation invitations to everyone you want to attend your graduation. Some students send additional graduation invitations to other family and friends.

Graduation Invitations are available on April 9, 2007 for Spring Graduation.

Do I Need to Reserve Graduation Invitations Ahead of Time?

No, you don't need to reserve or order invitations ahead of time.

How Many Graduation Invitations Can I Get?

The college will provide ten to each student. Additional invitations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Where Do I Get Graduation Invitations?

You can pick up your graduation invitations in the following locations:

• Bookstore
• Admissions and Records A Building
• Advisement A Building
• Vice President of Student Affairs Office (SC153 )

When Can We Get Extra Graduation Invitations?

Additional invitations can be picked up from the Vice President of Student Affairs office beginning April 23, 2007.

What is the Price of Graduation Invitations?

Invitations are free to graduating students.

How is Seating Arranged at Graduation?

CGCC provides open seating at Graduation. It is outside on the lawn, so we recommend wearing appropriate shoes.

Can I Pick the Section in Which I Want Seating?

All seating is general admission, so you may wish to arrive early to guarantee your guests will be seated together.

What if My Guests Need Special Assistance or are Handicapped?

Special seating can be arranged by calling 480-732-7309 for wheelchair placement or any other special needs.
