The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Homeland Security is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct a homeland security evaluation and to assess, investigate and respond to terrorism incidents. It also provides criminal justice practitioners with an opportunity for academic growth and the development of specialized skills in homeland security.
