Technical Support Services


About Us

TSS provides technical planning, design, integration and ongoing operational support for computing and network communications for voice and data services for the Pecos, Williams and Sun Lakes campuses.

Technical support is provided for client/server systems, end station maintenance, desktop software and network services such as file, print, email, and web-based applications. The current install base of network end stations is approximately 2000 units across all three sites, of which two thirds are used for instructional purposes.
