Timeline

December 16, 2009 – Advertising and Recruitment Efforts.  December 16 is the deadline for receipt of all requested application materials of interested persons by Cizek Associates, Inc.  Materials received after this date cannot be guaranteed full consideration by the Search Committee.  Cizek Associates, Inc. is conducting the evaluation and appraisal of the backgrounds of those who express an interest in the position.

January 26, 2010 – Interim Report to Search Committee.  Prospect pool reviewed, in confidence, by the Search Committee resulting in the selection of semi-final candidates to be interviewed by the Search Committee.

February 17 ­– 19, 2010 – Semi-final Candidate Interviews.  This is a confidential search process and the identities of those who are interviewed at this time remain confidential – forever.  See Confidentiality Agreement signed by each Search Committee member.

March 10 – 12, 2010 – Final Candidate Interviews.  Final candidates visit Chandler-Gilbert Community College and participate in a variety of activities, meet with various constituent groups on campus, the Maricopa County Community College District Chancellor’s Executive Council and the Chancellor.  Only the identities of final candidates will be made public.

July 1, 2010 – Successful candidate begins at Chandler-Gilbert Community College
