Janet L. Ortega

Janet Ortega serves as the Associate Dean of Finance & Business Services at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Janet provides leadership for College Business Services, Fiscal Services, College Employee Services, and Institutional Research.

Beginning her professional career at CGCC in 1992, Janet has served Chandler-Gilbert Community College for more than ten years. Janet has a diverse background in the Administrative Services Division and the Student Affairs Division. Janet has also served as CGCC adjunct faculty for the Business & Computing Studies Division and the Mathematics Division.

Janet is a currently a doctoral candidate pursuing an Ed. D. in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University. Janet is also an alumna of Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
