EPS: These files are best suited for high quality printing. Use in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
JPG: use for web and email.
PNG: These files are best suited for Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. These have a transparent background, which allow you to customize your designs.
