Sandi Lien - Excellence (10/09/2008)
Sandi Lien is a tremendous asset to CGCC and to MCDD. I am a new employee and spoke to Sandi regarding some policies that I was unsure of. Sandi really went above and beyond in providing me with excellent customer service. She made sure to really listen to my questions, make sure that I was heard and she informed me of policies that I was unaware of/did not understand. She made sure that I understood, she treated me respectfully, never made me feel like I was being rushed to conclude my conversation with her or that she did not have the time that I needed. To be honest, it was hard to choose just one core value for Sandi because she provided the kind of customer service that we all dream of---and that knocks your socks off!
