I am new to the Williams Campus and have a disability. Richard Leonard is aware of my disability and has made my life easier by providing me with transportation to my destination on campus. He has never been too busy to come and pick me up and has always been understanding. Today when he saw me on campus, he stopped to ask if I needed a ride! Talk about wonderful customer service skills! Mr. Leonard is an asset to the Williams Campus and to MCDD.
