By being an active member of the quality implementation process, quality assurance reviews of the technology within CGC classrooms identified problems before they impacted faculty. Without his proactive approach, TSS would have experienced an overload of Help Desk ticket requests for classroom support during semester start-up, which would have had a negitive impact on student learning and experience. Because of his attentivness to detail and quality, classrooms during semester start up supported students without interruptions, giving students a positive learning evironment.
