Incidents for the period of October 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009
10/06/2009 - Theft - College vehicle maintanance personnel reported the theft of a tire from a college vehicle.  An inspection of the vehicle showed that the left rear wheel and tire had been taken and replaced with an older wheel and tire.  Report made.

10/15/2009 - Theft - An adjunct faculty member reported the theft of cash from a purse left unattended outside the door of a classroom in the B building.  Report made.

10/20/2009 - Disturbance - An employee informed Public Safety officers that an unknown student was posting pornographic materials on various locations on campus.  Officers responded, located and detained the subject and confiscating the materials.  Upon notification, the VP of Student Affairs responded, speaking to the student.  Report made.

10/27/2009 - Aggravated Assault - A student entered the Public Safety office stating that another student had threatened him with a gun while on campus.  Officers responded, located, disarmed and detained the subject.  Upon arrival, the subject was arrested by Chandler PD.  Report made.

09-03-2009 - Criminal Damage - A college employee reported damage caused by a vehicle to a water system valve cover.  Responding officers observed tire tracks from a vehicle parked adjacent to the damaged property determining that the parked vehicle caused the damage. When the driver returned to the vehicle, officers requested information with the driver admitting to committing the damage.  VP of Student Affairs notified.

09-03-2009 - Improper Student Conduct - Public Safety officers were dispatched to the undeveloped dirt area north of campus on a report of a vehicle driving on the dirt at a high rate of speed.  Upon making contact with the driver, it was determined that the driver was a CGCC student.  Report made, VP of Student Affairs notified.

9-28-2009 - Harassment - A student reported being harassed by a fellow student via phone and text messages after refusing to date the offending student.  Report made, VP of Student Affairs notified

10/29/09 - A Public Safety Officer discovered damage to a vending machine in Thomas Hall.  It appears a modest amount of product was taken as well.
