"Sowing the SEEDS of CHANGE"

The Women’s Leadership Group (WLG) was founded in the early 1990’s in order to provide the female employees of the Maricopa Community Colleges the opportunity to network, to participate in professional development activities, and to recognize and celebrate the achievements of colleagues. The WLG has also become a recognized constituency group and an advocate for Maricopa’s women.

Mission:
The Mission of the Maricopa Community Colleges Women's Leadership Group (WLG) is to provide for the continuous development of a strong and supportive work environment for the diverse women of the Maricopa Community Colleges. WLG membership is open to all district employees.

Goal:
The Goal of WLG@CGCC is to strengthen the Women's Leadership Group at Chandler-Gilbert Community College by providing opportunities for fellowship and service.
