
PSA is made up of regular (also sometimes called permanent, or board approved) part-time and full-time employees at grades one through ten as listed in the PSA policy manual. Each campus has an elected executive board, comprised of a president, president-elect (next year’s president), past president, secretary, and treasurer.
In addition to the executive board, each campus has committee members, who assist with various projects or committees as needed, and district representatives, who represent and vote for the campus PSA population in district meetings. Any dues-paying member is eligible to apply for these positions.
Beyond the campus PSA executive board, there is also a district-wide PSA executive board, which oversees the organization and represents professional staff in district-wide policy decisions such as salary and benefits negotiations
