PSA Mission Statement

Maricopa County Community College District Professional Staff Association is committed to providing a united voice for Professional Staff employees by encouraging professionalism, education, advancement, friendship, diversity and volunteerism.

What is PSA?

The Professional Staff Association is a sanctioned organization of the Maricopa Community College District that represents the interest of all professional staff. The District and Campus officers are made up of dues paying staff and speak for all professional staff on issues pertaining to salaries, benefits, and changes in policy.

PSA, in addition to functioning to secure the best working conditions and salaries for professional staff, offers educational and social interaction opportunities. By attending district PSA events, members benefit by having an opportunity to meet, interact, exchange ideas with, and form positive working alliances with other members of our policy group.

At the campus level Chandler-Gilbert Community College PSA offers opportunities and activities to learn, grow, and support each other through monthly meetings, workshops, fund raisers, conferences, and holiday activities.
