Scheduling a Vehicle
College vehicles are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis by calling the College Safety office, (Pecos 732.7280) (Williams 988.8888). College athletic teams and student groups have priority over all other drivers. Team and group reservations are pre-scheduled each semester. If the needs of a college athletic team or student group change, then the reservations of other authorized drivers will be adjusted. College Safety personnel will notify you if an adjustment occurs.
New Form
Recently, changes were made to the check-out process. The old check-out form was retired and a new form with an additional check-out step was instituted. The new step provides information to help Facilities Services maintain the appearance and mechanics of the vehicles. Before receiving the keys to the assigned vehicle, you will be asked to walk around the vehicle checking for physical damage or other maintenance needs. The revised form has a section for you to record your findings. Additionally, if you fuel the vehicle, you are asked to indicate the type, amount, and cost of the fuel.
Keep It Clean!
Our fleet of cars and vans is maintained by Facilities Services at the Pecos Campus. Facilities Services asks that you leave the vehicle in the same condition that you received it. Please take your extra supplies with you and deposit your trash in the nearest waste container.
