Facilities Services is responsible for the maintenance and operation of Chandler-Gilbert Community College's physical infrastructure at the Pecos Campus, Williams Campus and Sun Lakes Center. The department is responsible for grounds maintenance, preventive maintenance, custodial services, central plant operations and for providing other skilled craft services to the college. The department hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m (Mon-Fri). However, Facilities Services personnel often work varying shifts to accommodate college activities that take place in the evening and on the weekend.
