MCCCD's NAVIGATE MARICOPA SUPERVISOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

There are 14 required classes included in the core competencies for MCCCD's Navigate Maricopa Supervisor Development Program , PLUS an additional core competency requirement for each college (total of 15) to complete the entire Supervisor program.

Professional development courses are provided to build your expertise in the competencies of supervision. Course delivery includes instructor-led, online, or teleconference opportunities. Completion of these courses provides the successful learner with a Certificate of Achievement that will be recognized throughout the District.

CGCC's "COLLEGE SPECIFIC" CORE REQUIRES:

1) Employees to complete the course titled Hire the Best, and

2) Emloyees need to participate in four (4) hours of community service. Our college specific requirement connects to our core values.

The Core Competency Requirement Form is available for you to download and print. Please complete it and turn it in to College Employee Services for your "stamp" for your passport and for credit on your training transcript.
