Invite President Hesse to send an invitation/encouragement e-mail to college for anyone who supervises others to attend. Barbara: **Check into the possibility of developing EDTs website Sherri: **Check to see whether or not the electronic version of the Core Values PowerPoint presentation that was presented at PEC in Spring, 2004 can be located. Sandi: **Work with Irene Pearl and Emily Weinacker to coordinate a time slot that is amenable with Dean Bartholomew for presenting the Change Management class to support NSS implementation. **Follow up with Lesley Cryderman to submit minutes on web for EDT. **Send Barbara any EDT minutes for the month of April, 2004. One speaker at a time; behave professionally and use good manners 6. Listen to understand Training-Barbara met with Irene. Irene is agreeable to accepting GCCs training as a model for delivering training for the NSS program implementation. The training will be geared directly to Student Services and last approximately one (1) hour. In checking R25, SS Division Meetings are scheduled for 9/28; 10/26; 1/25; & 2/22. EDT will proceed with attempting to coordinate the change management class with the appropriate parties for a presentation at the 10/26 meeting. Once delivered to the SS Division, there may be a possibility of exchanging the Integrity class slated for 12/01with the change management class for a general session. It was suggested that EDT should include a Stress Management class in February, 2005. Committee Protocol-the assembly, levels of approval, etc. have not been officially formalized and currently, obtaining the appropriate Deans approval to invite a particular employee is an accepted method of gaining membership. Trina Larson will be joining EDT. Current Membership-A memo was sent out to current members to recommit to EDT. The only feedback received was from a Hope Manross who can no longer participate.
