Rewards and Recognition- Fine tune the eligibility requirements Work on a grabber name for the program Define the Who When - *Nominations will be reviewed, announced, etc. 2ND REVISION Instant Recognition Program Description Chandler-Gilbert Community Colleges Instant Recognition Program is designed to provide a quick and convenient way to spontaneously recognize the achievements of all employees, that support CGCCs mission and core values. WHO: Anyone can nominate any employee or employee department, workgroup, or team. WHAT: Those recognized for their accomplishments receive an award. (Ideas under consideration: name on website; Courier publication; e-mail to deans/supervisors; e-mail to college weekly; award certificates; etc.) WHERE/WHEN: Those wishing to recognize employees, individuals, employee department, workgroup, or teams may access the Reward and Recognition nomination form from specified locations at the college or from the website (guidelines and toolkit) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. HOW: Follow the guidelines on the nomination form to acknowledge any employee, employee department, workgroup, or team for demonstrating one of CGCCs core values.
