EDT Brand & Marketing-An agreement was reached to market the recognition program in
the Connection.  Further discussion included a door frame shaped like the arch and
the key would then unlock the door to reveal the core values or possibly reveal one
core value per day.  This could be a commercial that would be sent out to everyone.
Perhaps hand out keys to all employees to create excitement and introduce the program
at the all employee meeting in the fall.  It was agreed that marketing the piece would
be looked at closer in future meetings.

Instant Recognition-
-Electronic nomination process:  Met with Audree Thurman to review EDTs desired process
and features for the electronic nomination and certificate award process.  It was
concluded that all features could be created with the understanding that the certificate
design would have to be in HTML/text format.  It was confirmed that the certificate
would default to the date in which the nomination was submitted.  One item of follow-up
is:  In the event that a recipient accidentally deleted the award e-mail, could there
be someway for the recipient or recognition program manager to access the data to
produce the electronic certificate at a later date.  Audree will follow-up with this
request to see if there is something that can be done.

presentation)

Building Excellence Awards-Discussed refining the criteria so that the award is considered
earned and not just an automatic.  This will be something to think about in the future.
