The E-Certificates were approved as presented and will be available to view at full-time employee meeting. Jessica will now work with Audree Thurman to produce the electronic version for the September 01 rollout of the program. The edits for the nomination form will be taken care of by Trina Larson. EDT does want the ability to list a total of 10 names on the electronic version for the team nominations. We will look to Audree for her expertise. If ten names cannot be listed, perhaps the form can be replicated or cloned for convenience to the nominator. President Hesse discussed opportunities for spotlighting the introduction of the Rewards and Recognition Program. EDT has opted to submit slides which will be shown on the television screens prior to the full-time employee meeting, create a slide to incorporate with President Hesses presentation and set up a table at the pre-meeting to introduce the program. SEE Your World Project-Russ Luce and Mike Greene presented information regarding agencies that would be conducive to receiving a large group of volunteers. Habitat for Humanity, PREHAB of Arizona, Paz de Christo, Sunshine Acres and the Riparian Institute were organizations that were described. EDT selected three in which to select from: Habitat for Humanity, PREHAB of Arizona and the Riparian Institute. The dates of November 04 and November 18 were set aside to focus on an approximate 3 hour block of time in which the employees could participate in the volunteer project. Initial thoughts are to work out a car pooling arrangement that would depart from the college around 1:30 pm. The logistics will be worked out in detail at future meetings. Russ will check in with the three selected agencies and see if November 4th or November 18th date will work for any of the agencies. He will update Margie Mesanko as to the status. NEXT MEETING: Thursday, August 04, 2005 2:00 pm 4:00 pm Location: A162
