**Rescheduled 03/16 standing EDT meeting to 03/09/09 (B111) due to spring break**

Rewards and Recognition-The Keystone Award appears to be working well to reiterate
CGCCs core values and instantly acknowledge employees for their demonstration of great
work being done in support of the values.  Monthly announcements distributed to the
college and quarterly drawings for movie tickets work well to keep the program going
with minimal cost expended.  The next level of rewards and recognition is pending
the decision(s) of the Customer Service Committees status regarding a formal program.
Both committees would like to collaborate to determine next level of recognition program.
