Sandi  See if Quik Trip would attend at Williams Campus

Welcome Back  Munch N Run-Quik Trip asked for opportunity to give employees free convenience
sandwiches.  Permission was obtained for EDT to host a Welcome Back setting where
employees could pick up a sandwich, visit, etc.  Sandi has reserved the Pavilion for
Thursday, August 21, 11:30a-1:30p.  She will check with Quik Trip to see about arranging
something at the Williams Campus.

08/09 Academic Year Priorities  WIGS, Day of Learning and fall meeting schedule were
all tabled, pending additional members in attendance.

Fall Festival  We will need to recruit additional help.  To be discussed further at
next meeting.

Fall EOLT Requests-The group had requested a variety of workshops which will enable
CGCC employees an opportunity to focus on the Navigate Maricopa Supervisor Development
Program, Diversity and Leadership.  Brent will bring to EOLT the following requests:
-MOSAIC IIA&B (9/19 OR 9/12 as second option)
-MOSAIC IIIA&B (9/26 or 9/19 if second option works better for district)
-Managing Performance Series (10/15 and/or 10/22)
-Translating Vision into Strategy (11/05 - preferred.  2nd option is 11/04 or 11/06)

**EDT did not scheduled Diabetes Awareness however will host if need be.  It is believed
that this course is being brought to the college through the Wellness Division.

The Fall Picnic is set for 10/10/08.
