To edit your job title and personal website for the Faculty & Staff Directory, go to the form below and click the 'Edit Details' link. If presented with a login screen, prefix your username with 'cgc\'  ex. cgc\smith

Use the form to also set whether or not you want your phone number to display in the directory. NOTE: The Employee phone number can only be changed in PAT.
