Various departments and divisions maintain shared group workspaces on the network.  These are folders accessable to those granted permission by their department/division head.  For those who have been granted access, you can connect to them on campus in the following manner.

Windows users:
First Method:

1. Go to "My Computer"
2. Look for a drive letter which also has some or all of the name of the group workspace you are looking for.
3. Double-click on that drive

Second Method (should also work for personal Windows laptops):

1. Click on Start-Run
2. Type \\cg-employee\wkspace
3. If prompted, type your MEID username and password
4. Go into "Groups"
5. Go into the appropriate subfolder to locate the group workspace you desire

Macintosh users:

1. Open the Finder ("Macintosh HD" if unsure)
2. Click on the "Go" menu at the top and choose "Connect to Server"
3. For the server name, type in cifs://cg-employee/wkspace
4. If prompted, type your MEID username and password
5. Go into Groups then the appropriate subfolder to locate the group workspace you desire
