The Technical Support Services (TSS) department offers on-site support for any and all college-owned computer equipment. This covers both classroom and offices, ranging from computer problems to printing issues. For a complete list of technical support offered by TSS, please see our

To contact us for support, you have several options. First and foremost is our
TSS Helpdesk. Faculty and Staff are more than welcome to contact the Helpdesk during our standard business hours in the following methods:

Summer Semester:
7 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday
Spring/Fall Semesters:
7 A.M. to 7:30 P.M Monday through Thursday
7 A.M. to 5 P.M. Friday
8 A.M. to 12 P.M. the first and last Saturday of the semester.
Conversely, for many technical related requests and problems, you can now also fill out a request online by going to our
Helpdesk Request System. By submitting a work order online you will be creating a ticket which goes straight to our technicians.
Faculty and Staff also have the option of checking out several pieces of software for home use. The software titles currently available are:
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Microsoft Office 2007 for Windows
- Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac
To check out a piece of software, first contact the Helpdesk either by telephone or email and request an appointment. Once an appointment to check out the software is made, you will then need to come to L216 to collect the installation disk. We check the installation disks out for one week, then ask that you return them to us for safe keeping-though you can still continue to use the software installed on your machine.
