Due to security restrictions, users are unable to install new software themselves onto their office machines. To have a piece of software installed on your office machine contact the Helpdesk by
telephone. Depending on the piece of software and how it needs to be installed we will either install it whilst remote controlling your machine, or we will assign it to a technician to come down and install it where needed.
