Pin Number Setup Instructions
With the recent GreenIT initiative our new Ricoh copy devices have been upgraded to use individual pin numbers. This new system will allow us to better track and manage our copy supplies. To that end, all employees who wish to use the Ricoh machines for copying purposes will need to set up their own unique pin number. To do so, click on the link below, log in with your MEID account, click "pin management", type in a new pin number, then press "Change Pin." It is as simple as that.
