Conference Call Setup

3-Way Conference Calling

Conference enables you to turn a two-way conversation into a three-way conference call. You can conference call with people within or outside MCCCD. If all three stations are within the MCCCD, any one station can hang up and the other two stations will still be connected. To establish a three-way conference call from an existing two-way call:

1. Press the TRANSFER button once (receive dial tone).
2. Dial the number of the third party.
3. When third party answers, press the CONF button once.

Note: The LED CONF display will light on each telephone instrument included in a conference call.

 

Multi-Party Conferencing

To request a Conference Bridge for multi-party use, please contact the Help Desk at x27025 and they will submit a request for you with the Rio Salado Conferencing Center.
