Employee Human Resource Self Service (HRMS)

Employee HR Self Service is accessible to all employees who have an MEMO email account.

HRMS All Employee Quick Reference Guide

 

  • Your HRMS USERID is your Enterprise ID which can be found in the My Profile category of the Personal Administration Tool (PAT)  
  •  
  • Your Password is the same as the one you use for the PAT tool and MEMO e-mail.

Employee Human Resource Self Service - Additional Access Information:
* Due to security reasons, and data sensitivity, access to HRMS is NOT allowed from home. You must be inside the MCCCD Network.

* The password is case sensitive. Please type it carefully.

* Internet Explorer is the preferred browser, other browsers including Netscape has known limitations.

* If you receive a Security Certificate warning, just click through.

Accessing Self Service is simple and fast

From Internet Explorer, go to my.maricopa.edu, click the "Employees" tab, and select the "HRMS Login"

What if I don't have Email, an Enterprise ID, or just plain don't know how? 

 
Contact your Department Administrator to verify your email account & Enterprise ID.

What is Employee Self Service and and why do I want to use it?

Employee Self Service is a set of features that allows employees direct access to the HRMS system to view and update information about themselves. As an employee, you can:
  • Review your current and historical pay stub
  • Check your leave balances
  • Review your personal information, such as names and addresses
  • Update your email address, phone numbers, and emergency contacts
  • Over time, additional features will be added, such as reviewing benefits, automatic deposits, submitting W4 *changes, requests for replacement, and many others. In time, the HRMS system will also incorporate creating *job requisitions, applying for job's, requesting/approving/tracking employee training, electronic time cards and time card approvals, absence reporting, electronic RPS's and contracts, and even department manager access to certain information about their employees.
Security

The best way to ensure security is to NOT SHARE YOUR ENTERPRISE ID PASSWORD WITH ANYONE. All electronic communications (email) with the HRMS system are fully encrypted. Passwords are NEVER transmitted in clear text. The system is protected behind the firewall. User access is very tightly controlled so that a person can only see what they are allowed to see as part of their job function. You can only see information about yourself, and no one else. Obviously, there are certain people (such as Payroll, Employment Services, Benefits, and College HR offices), who have more extensive access to employee data, but even they are very tightly secured to only what they need to see to do their jobs. Security is continually being tightened. The MEMO team has implemented password standards and password expiration to increase security.
