For those who are experiencing MEMO (email) logon problems, please use the link below to access a MEMO password reset tool. When asked to specify a password, put in the password you have been using - it will match what you use for HRMS, Blackboard, etc.

The "Helpdesk Request Center" has been renamed to "Workorder Request Center"

As part of our ongoing effort to upgrade and standardise our webpage, our "Helpdesk Request Center" link on the left navigation has been renamed to the "Workorder Request Center.  For those unfamiliar with the link, the Workorder Request Center allows our customers to submit technical problems effortlessly online from the comfort of their own computer.  Feel free to click on the link to the left to see how you can submit new work orders with TSS; or even check the status of existing and previous work orders you've filed with us!

District-wide Google email for students coming soon! 

District Office is in the process of setting up Google accounts - which include Gmail, Google Documents, Sites, and Calendar - to be launched this summer. For further information, please see the District ITS newsletter here.


About Us


TSS provides technical planning, design, integration and ongoing operational support for computing and network communications for voice and data services for the Pecos, Williams and Sun Lakes campuses.

Technical support is provided for client/server systems, end station maintenance, desktop software and network services such as file, print, email, groupware and web-based applications. The current install base of network end stations is approximately 1400 units across all three sites, of which two thirds are used for instructional purposes.
