• Prior to petitioning students should complete the following steps-

  1. Review course work/degree checksheet or degree audit to enure you are
  complete or in process with all degree requirements.

  2. If applicable ensure all previous college transcripts are on file and
  evaluated with the Office of Admissions and Records at CGCC.

  3. Pick up and complete a petition to graduation form in Advisement offices.
  Once the form is complete, return it to Advisement Reception desk.

  4. Students are encouraged to check their college e-mail often- all information
  regarding petitions to graduate will be communicated to students through
  their my.maricopa e-mail address.
