| Welcome Letters |
Students would have received one or both of these letters via email on or prior to January 12th. Both letters (one for brand new students and one for returning students) provide welcome information and updates.

| Program Advisor |
All students are encouraged to visit with Ms. Terri McClelland, CGCC Teacher Education Program Advisor for degree information and course selections. Phone her at 480-732-7047 or make an appointment at 480-732-7317. |

| Student Information Survey - Spring 2009 |
The Teacher Education Program collects information on its student cohort each semester, but does not share this information with any outside party. All students are asked to complete this survey at the start of each semester. Please only complete the survey one time. |

| Student Handbooks |
Two handbooks, one for Maricopa Community College District and one specific to CGCC, include important policy, procedure, and common project information. Students are accountable for all information and expectations in each.
|
|
|
| Fingerprint Requirement |
Students can undergo fingerprinting and application at either on the CGCC Pecos Campus or at Community Wellness, Baseline and Gilbert Roads. |

| Graduation Information and Sign-Up |
Students should complete this information only after having successfully completed the petition for graduation process but by March 1st 2009 to ensure an honor cord and a place at the Recognition Reception. For information about graduation petitioning, contact Program Advisor Terri McClelland (480-732-7047).
NOTE: Honor cords cost $5 and are only available to students who walk in the graduation ceremony.
