Astronomy

Are we alone?
What evidence is there of UFOs?
How long will the Earth last?
Where did the moon come from?
How many stars are there?
If there are billions of stars shining, why is the night sky dark?
How many arms does the Milky Way galaxy have?
How big is the universe and when will it end?
What is the Face of Mars? Is it really a monument to Elvis?
Is the Earth in danger from comets and asteroids?
These are the types of questions that astronomers professional and amateur ponder everyday, because when it comes to the universe, we are all novices. The first planet outside our solar system was discovered just a few years ago and now at least a hundred more have been mapped by astronomers who discover additional planets (on what seems like) on an almost daily basis. The universe presents us with at least two more questions for every answer that we uncover. You are invited to join us for classes in which we answer many of these questions... and ask many many more.
