Classroom Support
Media Services has staff available Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to support classroom instruction at all three college locations.
Please use our online form to request support for special events, classroom support, or to report a problem.
Instructors can call ahead to:
- Request training on specific equipment in the room
- Request equipment for a specific class
- Request Media Services help personnel to come to the classroom for onsite trouble-shooting during class.
Media Services can also offer consultation regarding planning and purchasing specific equipment needs for various programs.
Production Services at CGCC
Media Services staff can offer everything from scripting to post-production, photography and editing services all available to the campus community. The Production Services team at Chandler-Gilbert Community College has personnel trained to produce multimedia projects and programs in order to facilitate instructional and campus-wide initiatives.

Digital Photography
Media Services at CGCC offers experienced, professional photographic services to faculty and staff at all three campuses, providing in-studio or on location digital documentation of your personnel, instructional/department activities, or special events.
Web Development
Our web-developers are highly skilled in the arts of programing and visual design. They offer both web services along with one-on-one or group training to help individuals better their knowledge of web design. Our friendly staff will assist anyone with any web development needs. Please fill out a Request Form to request web services.
Graphic Processes
We can also prepare and laminate hard-copy materials for semi-permanent classroom/department needs.
Duplication Services
Duplication services are available at the Media Center at the Pecos campus location L203. We can record programs off air, duplicate audio or video recordings within the copyright limitations.
