TI 83 calculators are available for student checkout in IRN250 (Ironwood Hall). See the terms and conditions below. Fill out the form below and click the Submit button.

Lease terms and conditions for calculator and handbook checkout.

The terms of the lease will commence when this form is submitted. The lease will end when one of the following conditions are met:

The leasee is no longer enrolled in the math course and all equipment checked out have been returned.
Replacement fee is paid for unreturned or damaged equipment.
The current semester ends and all equipment is returned.

A nonrefundable usage fee of $10.00 must be paid prior to receiving equipment. Students must first pay a Calculator Usage fee at the Cashier's Office and show the receipt when leasing equipment. At the end of the semester the student shall return both the calculator and handbook to the Mathematics Division in IRN250 in the same condition it was received. If the calculator is returned minus the handbook; a $5.00 fee will be assessed.
If the calculator and handbook have not been returned to IRN250 by the end of finals week regardless of circumstances, in the same condition it was received, the student will be deemed to have purchased the equipment. In such an event, the student's account with Chandler-Gilbert Community College will be charged a replacement cost of $100 for not returning the calculator ( or returning the calculator in a damaged condition ) plus $5.00 for not returning the handbook (or returning the handbook in damaged condition). Until the debt is paid, the student will not be able to register for any classes in the Maricopa Community College District, nor will any transcripts be issued. In addition, a $20 late fee will be assessed to the student account for each semester the calculator is not returned. (a semester is defined as the last day of finals). If the calculator is not received by that time, the late fee will be assessed.
