Mathematics Adjunct Professional Development Awards Program (MAPDAP) is a community of learners who help each other discover, verify, explore, and understand the teaching and learning of mathematics. Every two weeks we will discuss different areas of education. We are all going to read an article or two posted on blackboard and discuss what the article meant to each of us.

Requirements: Respond to at least 5 email discussion questions during the school year. Meet with your mentor a minimum of three times during the school year. Attend a minimum of five professional development workshops or conferences during the school year. Visit a residential faculty classroom during the school year. Email a learning reflection to your mentor monthly Implement at least three of the six items from the Toolbox for Success Toolbox for Success Micrograde software Mathtype software Excel software for regression analysis  Use of CBRs Use of TI-83 Flash Debugger software Implementation of the "Four Essential Elements" for regression modeling
