Faculty Development at CGCC
The Faculty Development Team coordinates, facilitates, and sponsors opportunities for faculty with emphasis on specifically identified initiatives and areas of focus. The team supports learning, encourages faculty collaboration, and creates a climate that encourages and rewards instructional innovation.
The faculty development team's mission and work is directly related to CGCC's college vision, mission, and strategic goals; college goals for 2007-2009; and instructional philosophy.
