Publicity

• Responsible for the dissemination of the New Adventures In Learning program information to all mature adults in the Southeast Valley.

Curriculum

• Develops the classroom curriculum, schedules facility assignments, co-ordinates presenters and collects evaluations.

Membership

• Establishes and maintains a database of all member activities.
• Establishes and maintains an internet site.
• Establishes registration procedures for classroom activities. Facilitates the registration process.

Volunteers

• Establishes and maintains a database of all members who have volunteered to support New Adventures activities.
• Schedules the availability of volunteer support in response to requests from various chairpersons or board officials.
• Schedules volunteers for duties, responsibilities and activities in support of class activities.
