Note to Instructors Regarding Fall 2011 Grades:
Please note that grades are currently only due for classes designated as fall semester. When viewing your faculty center, it will default to spring 2012 so make sure you change the semester to Fall 2011 (shown in step 1 of the "4 Step Guide for Grades" link below), and check the Class Dates column for your classes; if your class dates are displayed as 8/20/2011 - 12/16/2011, we request that you please have your grades submitted before January 3, 2012. If you are teaching a year-long course, i.e. the Class Dates column shows that the course lasts until 6/1/2012, do not submit your grades until the end of the school year. You can also verify your class's length by going to this page, clicking the link for your school's fall 2011 class list, and checking the "Course Length" column; if there is an "F," the class is a fall semester only and needs to be graded.
