| Start a Pottery Business |
| If you like making
pottery bowls, vases, plates, and other such items, you can make money at it.
Crafts are a good way to make money doing something that you are good at and
like to do. Pottery has mainstreamed with the invention of places where you
can pay a charge and create your own unique piece to take home. Make pottery
and sculptures using hand built methods and the pottery wheel. Set up shop at
art shows, festivals or sell your pieces online. How you specialize in your
business is up to you. Note: Students must
supply their own clay. All classes will be held at Chandler High School in
the Fine Arts Bldg., Room A908 (350 N. Arizona Ave). No class 11/26, 11/28,
12/24, and 12/31 in observance of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year,
respectively. |

complications that occur during the procedure and must be ready to take
necessary emergency measures including administering oxygen or performing
Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Additionally, they may also be involved
in the training of patients for at-home dialysis treatment and providing them
with the emotional support they need for self care. Note:
This program does not include a national or state certification as part of
its overall objectives. Additionally there is no student internship or
clinical rotation offered as part of this program.

is happening in our world today, but it is up to us to get the outcomes we
desire. Almost everyone in America has been affected in some way by the
trickledown effect of our current economy. Now is the time to step up and
embrace the transformation in our lives, careers, and businesses we so
desperately need even if it began with an unfortunate layoff or downsizing.
Topics will include: dealing with your emotions, determining what you want now,
unleashing your creativity, networking strategies, and self care during
transition.
