Visual Arts - Design

|
Taught as part of the art foundation core, Design classes equip students with a greater understanding of the elements and principles of composition. Two Dimensional Design develops visual awareness and artistic intent by using a hands on approach with an emphasis on problem solving. Color Design teaches students to describe color in terms of light and the human visual system. Students learn the psychological aspects and applications of color as they pertain to making art.
