Before coming to Chandler-Gilbert Mike served as director of the Boys and Girls Club of Chandler. Mike earned his degree in Recreational Management from Arizona State University...Go Sun Devils!

KT has been at the college since 2003 and is an honored alumnus. She earned her bachelors degree in Recreational Management from Arizona State University and her Masters through Northern Arizona University. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling in her spare time.

Kim graduated from Northern Arizona University- Go Jacks!- in 2010 with a degree in Physical Education and School Health. She spent two years as a P.E./Health teacher for 7th and 8th graders in Surprise, AZ.  Prior to coming to Chandler-Gilbert, Kim worked for almost 3 years at Mesa Community College as a Program Advisor in Student Life and Leadership.  Kim's favorite thing to do is spend time with her family enjoying adventures in the great outdoors!

Kandice recently moved to Arizona from Nebraska. This is her first year attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and she has a beautiful 1 and half year old daughter. Kandice loves reading and watching Netflix marathons. She enjoys interacting with all the wonderful students at CGCC in the Student Center Pavilion!

Christopher moved to Arizona from Cannes, France in August of 2014, and started working at CGCC Williams Student Life in the spring semester of 2015. Before coming to the United States, He learned both French and English as a child, and graduated with a French high school degree in economics & social sciences. Christopher is studying aviation as part of the UND Aerospace/CGCC program, hoping to transfer to the University of North Dakota in 2016.

Prior to attending college, Hy graduated from Hamilton High School in 2013 - Go Huskies! In his free time he likes to hang out with his friends, workout at the gym and traveling to discover new locations.

Serge moved to Arizona from Cameroon in 2011. He began working in Student Life in Fall 2012. Serge is studying Business Management and is going transfer to ASU next semester. Serge in involved in the Intercultural Exchange Club, MEN Chapter, and the HELP Club. Serge loves working in Student Life and he has come to be known as "Super Serge"!

Carrie Braaten enjoys working with the teachers, principals and administration in schools throughout the East Valley community to provide Early Childhood and Teacher Education (ECTE) students with the opportunities to learn what it is like to be a teacher and lend an extra hand in classrooms. Carrie says, “There is no better way to learn about teaching than to put your learning into action through service-learning in the classroom.” Before coordinating service-learning placements, Carrie earned her Bachelor’s degree from NAU in Elementary Education and her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from ASU and has taught for 10 years for Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Northern Arizona University, Chandler Unified School District, Madison School District in Phoenix and the YMCA.

Sarah graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Community and Commercial Recreation. Go Wildcats! She interned at the Chico State Wildcat Recreation Center before moving to Arizona and joining the Chandler-Gilbert team. In her free time she enjoys exploring Arizona and spending time with her wonderful family.
