​Steps to Petition to Graduate

There are steps to take so you can graduate on time and can participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

All the necessary forms and information are here.  Be sure to review and complete all paperwork and advisor visits as required.
 
You will not participate in Commencement Ceremony if you do not submit your application on time.

The priority application deadline for Fall 2017 is October 19, 2017.

The priority application deadline for Spring 2018 is March 29, 2018.

Admissions & Records

In order to participate in the Commencement Ceremony, the graduation fee must be paid at the Fiscal Office located in the Coyote Center.

Congratulations!  You have achieved a major educational goal and graduation is a celebration of your accomplishments. There are several steps to take so you can graduate on time and can participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

The 27th annual Chandler-Gilbert Community College graduation is scheduled for May 11, 2018. The schedule of graduation events is posted on the third tab under "Commencement".  
 
We at Chandler-Gilbert are just as excited to celebrate and acknowledge your academic achievements as you are!
