Why do I owe out of state fees, I have lived in Arizona all my life?
Proposition 300 requires CGCC to receive a signed Student Declaration Form and have a copy on file of your driver’s license to receive in state fees regardless of how long you have lived in Arizona.
How do I sign up for the payment plan?
Read the instructions on the Payment Plans page and then go to
my.maricopa.edu. You will need to have your MEID and password available. If you have already accessed your account go to the Finance tab and click on payment options.
How much is my financial aid award?
This information is contained in your account, go to
my.maricopa.edu to see your award as well as anticipated financial aid.
When will I get my financial aid?
Beginning in Fall 2010, financial aid will be paid (disbursed) to your account after the semester begins. This is true of all federal financial aid, with the exception of Federal Work Study.
What is your refund policy, can I still get a refund today?
Please review the information on the
Refund Policies and Procedures page. For typical 16 week courses, the refund policy is 7 calendar days, including the first designated day of class.
Can I pick up my Financial Aid check?
Beginning Fall 2010 financial aid awards will be sent electronically based on your selection.
Where can I get my 1098T form?
Please go to
Vangent TRA Service. Have your MEID and password available. In order for a student to receive the 1098-T form, students must have paid all of a portion of their tuition and fees out of pocket, i.e., not reimbursed by Federal Grants.
I’m having problems signing up for the payment plan, I click Payment Plan yet nothing happens.
If you are having problems connecting from the payment plan link you need to remove your pop-up blocker. Facts is a separate website and having your pop-up blockers on will prevent you from accessing their payment plan site.
