- Student, parent, staff, faculty, high school personnel, or community agencies

- Newly enrolled, first year students, and those needing auxiliary services must register in the DRS office.
When should students seek assistance from DRS?
- If you have a documented disability, a medical or psychological diagnosis
- If you received prior Special Education Services, including resource support
- If you have a temporary disability that begins to affect academic goals and performance
- If you begin to struggle transitioning to college, classrooms tasks, and academic goals
- BEFORE the semester begins for new students
When should Staff or Faculty refer to DRS?
- If a student self discloses a disability
- If a student has asked for or appears to be in need of accommodations
- If a student has not self identified or provided Instructor Notification Form (INF), yet shows signs of struggling
- If a student does not meet academic expectations, exhibits poor classroom performance which would call for removal, or a possible alternative course placement
- If behavior or attitude interferes with the educational process or learning of others
